A list of our regularly serviced areas is under the Delivery Area tab here on our site.  All rentals are subject to a minimum $15 delivery fee.  Subject to additional fee depending on additional milage. 

Standard delivery is within 24-48 hours of order.  If a specific delivery date is requested, we will make every attempt to meet your request.

We accept all major credit cards.  Payment is due at time of order.  No personal checks please.  Also see our refund policy tab here on our site.

Absolutely!  In additional standard arrival packages, we offer baby shower packages.  See the Pricing tab her on the site.

You bet!  Select the package you would like to give and we will mail the certificate with a colorful brochure to the expectant parents.

A Sibling Star is a great way to include the proud Big Brother or Big Sister in the celebration.  Our Sibling Stars are stand alone and positioned next to the stork. 

Our Storks are a soring 7-ft tall!

No.  It is not necessary for someone to be home for us to deliver or pick up the rental, with one exception.  If you have a sprinkler system, we need you to be home for the delivery in order to "okay" the location for the post.  If you cannot be available, please mark the spot clearly in your yard where the sign should be placed.  We usually place it in line with the front door in the middle of the yard.  Don't worry, we try to be as unobtrusive as possible as we know how busy and exciting this time can be.  

Please do not attempt to move the sign.  If you decide you would like the sign in a different location, please contact us and we will be happy to accommodate your request.

If you must mow your yard during your rental period, please be careful trimming and mowing around the sign.  If at all possible, please avoid trimming around the sign until it has been removed.  We do understand that this is not always feasible, but we do sincerely appreciate you taking precautions to protect our sign.  Watering is fine; our signs are sealed to protect them from water damage.

Please contact us immediately to report any damages to our signs.  They are not designed to withstand climbing.  For your children's safety please do not allow them to play on or around the signs.  If any vandalism or theft occurs, please contact us immediately.

If our display is damaged or stolen, there will be a charge back to the original purchaser, potentially up to $300 depending the damage and situation.    IMPORTANT: When you place an order and payment has been processed, we acknowledge that as your acceptance and agreement to this policy.   Please be sure you understand this prior to ordering.  

We personalize our signs with professional vinyl lettering. This lettering is durable and weatherproof and is designed to last for years. The bold colors are easily seen from the street to announce the new addition to your family.
