Payment is due 24 hours prior to delivery.
You will receive a full refund if:
- You cancel your rental at least 24 hours in advance
- Extreme weather conditions prevent us from setting up your display within 48 hours of agreed upon delivery date
You will NOT receive a refund if:
- The homeowner stopped us from setting up the display
- The homeowner contacts us and asks us to remove the display
- Less than 24 hours was given to cancel the order
- The wrong address was given and we are unable to contact the homeowner or the purchaser for the correct address
- The display cannot be set up because we cannot gain access into a gated community
- The homeowner has a dog loose on the property preventing us from safely setting up the display
- Any other reason not mentioned that prevents us from setting up the display that is beyond our control
IMPORTANT: When you place an order and payment has been processed, we acknowledge that as your acceptance and agreement to this policy. Please be sure you understand this prior to ordering.
